tippy-toe through the tulips

I love tulip skirts... For a while there, I resisted the trend, thinking that the style wouldn't fare well with curvy hips... but then I discovered the flatteringness (not a real word) of the high-waist / slight-pouf combo!

I'm all Banana-ed Out today... shoes, skirt, shell... all from the Republic of Nanners.  And my shoes jingle-jangle when I walk... tra la la!

  1. CUTE outfit! I love tulip skirts too, but I am never sure how to wear them. I know it sounds so simple, but every time I try to build an outfit I end up changing! I have a black one- any tips or examples?

  4. Super flattering, you're right! I'm not ready to make the tulip leap myself - maybe after I lose a few pounds.
